Our suburban training centre near Manchester in the North West is the ideal location for scenarios in many settings.

The centre has basic kitchen facilities including a fridge, microwave & urn. We also have plates & cutlery available here. Free tea, coffee, water and squash will be available to help yourself to throughout the day.

A selection of life support training equipment on a table, including bag-valve-mask, defib pads, OP airways, iGels, ET tubes, pen torches, tongue depressors & Magill's forceps.

The location is just 3 miles from the city centre, easily accessed by driving, public transport and active travel methods.

With 2 large classrooms, and many smaller breakout rooms, we’re able to offer a range of courses & scenarios for groups of all sizes. The venue has plenty of equipment for simulation, so that all learners get an immersive, hands-on experience during their course.

Driving to the training centre

Parking is available at the venue, for cars,. The car park has no height restriction.

You can easily access the M60 Manchester Outer Ring Road from the M56 (North Wales & Cheshire), the M61 (Bolton, Preston & Lancashire), the M62 East (Leeds, West Yorkshire & Hull), the M62 West (Liverpool & Warrington), the M66 (Bury & Lancashire) and the A57 (Sheffield, South Yorkshire & The Peak District).

From the West, come off the M60 at J5 onto the A5103 Princess Road, then turn right onto the A6010 Wilbrahim Road.
From the East, come off the M60 at J24 onto the A57 Manchester Road.
From the South, take the M56 to J1 onto the A34 Kingsway.

From the double roundabout on Kingsway, head East on Moseley Road. The centre is on the right (South) side of the road, immediately before the traffic lights with Slade Lane. The car park is accessed from Slade Lane on the right (West) side of the road.

Travelling by train

The nearest national rail stations to this venue are:

If you’re travelling on the train from Manchester Airport, Crewe, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Newton-Le-Willows, St Helens, Whiston or Liverpool we recommend that you alight at Mauldeth Road. If you’re travelling on the train from Handforth, New Mills, Chapel-en-le-Frith or Buxton we recommend that you alight at Levenshulme. From all other destinations, we suggest booking a ticket to Manchester Stations (MANCHESTER STNS) and alighting in the city centre.

  • 191 – from Hazel Grove, Stockport, Heaton Chapel, Longsight & Manchester city centre
  • 192 – from Hazel Grove, Stockport, Heaton Chapel, Longsight & Manchester city centre
  • 197 – from Stockport, Heaton Moor, Burnage, Longsight, Ardwick & Manchester city centre – this bus stops at the car park entrance
