First aid training

First aid courses prepare you to act quickly and safely until professional help arrives. They’re for workplaces, schools, nurseries and anyone who wants the confidence to help when someone is injured or taken ill.

Every course is hands-on, with time spent on CPR, choking, bleeding control and caring for a casualty until help arrives.
