ProMed was founded with a team ethos by Managing Director, meaning that we don’t have “managers” but “leaders” who lead their teams in all aspects of the business.
Our leadership team is the senior personnel in the company, and comprises the managing director, as well as other carefully chosen support staff. Between them, they have years of experience at delivering healthcare services to the public & private sectors, including time spent within National Health Service (NHS) trusts.
From the first conversation, one of our team will be responsible for leading your enquiry. They’ll remain on your project throughout, to provide consistency & a single point of contact.
Managing director
Matthew (Matt) A Dinnery BSc (Hons) PGCE DipNEBOSH MCCT MRSB MRSPH MIHM LIBMS is ProMed’s managing director. A biomedical sciences graduate from Northumbria University in 2012, he continues to stay up-to-date with current research through being a Licentiate of the Institute of Biomedical Scientists (IBMS). Matt completed his postgraduate certificate in education at the University of Manchester in 2020. He also holds qualified teacher status.
Although now mid-career, Matt’s passion for a rigorous academic education continues to see him study for qualifications that will benefit ProMed. He graduated with a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health in September 2025. This advanced health & safety qualification covered the knowledge & practical skills needed to lead as a health and safety professional of the future.
Within ProMed, Matt is a pre-hospital provider (E). He’s qualified to Level 4 First Response Emergency Care and Level 3 Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication. As you’d expect, he does a lot of continuous professional development, including researching for & presenting our free webinar programme. You’ll often find Matt working on a range of events, typically the lead for the medical management team.
